The Local And Regional Authorities (LARA) INTERREG Toolbox is an ERDF financed project designed to inform European local and regional authorities about the possibilities of the European Structural Funds and to support them in developing European Structural Funds financed projects. The LARA INTERREG Toolbox Project guides local and regional authorities step by step through the different phases of project development: from a vague project idea to a final project proposal. This website is a tool within the project and contains the following information.

The website has a database with Good Practices with a large number of good examples of projects executed by local and regional authorities throughout Europe and which are financed with the support of the European Structural Funds. These examples show the possibilities of European Structural Funds projects and can support local and regional authorities in creating and developing project ideas for themselves. There is a simple search engine which helps you find the examples you need.

During the project a number of regional seminars and trainings will be provided to local and regional authorities to inform them about European Structural Funds, the new programming period for European Structural Funds (2007-2013) and to guide them through the process of project development. A description of these and other activities within the framework of the project can be found in the menu activities and calendar .

A partner search tool on this website will help you to find partners for your project. Create your own advertisement for your project or look at project ideas from other local and regional authorities throughout Europe.
